超浅埋隧道下穿高速公路典型施工方法比选研究 被引量:9

摘要 超浅埋隧道在下穿高速公路施工时,会使路基产生不均匀沉降,所以选择合适的施工方法对工程质量至关重要。为了评估不同施工方法对下穿超浅埋隧道变形特性的控制影响,特以3种典型的隧道施工方法(台阶法、CD法、双侧壁导坑法)为例,对路基沉降、拱顶沉降、水平收敛进行数值模拟,对比有无交通荷载情况下的变形规律。结果表明:在采用上述隧道施工方法的情况下,隧道下穿高速公路施工会对路基造成"U"形的沉降破坏面;以台阶法路基沉降值为基础,CD法沉降量减少19.7%,双侧壁导坑法沉降量减少38.2%;3种方法在施加交通荷载作用后,拱顶沉降分别增加了7.8mm、7.7mm、4.9mm,水平位移分别为32.5mm、29.3mm和26.2mm。总之,双侧壁导坑法在水平收敛变形的控制方面更适合浅埋下穿隧道施工。 When super-shallow-buried tunnel is constructed under the expressway,it causes differential settlement of subgrades.Therefore,a correct choice of construction method is very important to the quality of the engineering works.In order to evaluate the influence of different construction methods on the deformation characteristics of super-shallow-buried tunnel under the expressway,3 typical tunnel construction methods are used:bench cut method,CD method and double side heading method,and its numerical modeling is carried out.The pattern of deformation is analyzed by comparing with and without traffi c loads.The results show:in the case of the above-mentioned tunnel construction method,the underpass expressway construction causes"U"shaped settlement and surface failure to the subgrade.Based on the settlement value of bench-cut subgrade,the settlement reduction by CD method accounts for 19.7%,and the double side heading method accounted for 38.2%.The settlement increased by 7.8mm,7.7mm and 4.9mm respectively after the 3 methods used under traffic load.Horizontal convergence is 32.5 mm,29.3mm and 26.2mm respectively.In general,the method of double-sidedheading method is more suitable for the control of horizontal convergence deformation in shallow-buried tunnel.
