摘要
目的研究中重度宫腔粘连患者采用宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期治疗的效果。方法将我院收治的150例中重度宫腔粘连患者视为此次研究对象,收治时间为2016年7月～2017年7月,以随机分组的方法将其分为单一组与联合组,分别采取宫腔镜电切术(单一组)与予宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期(联合组),对其治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 (1)联合组患者不良反应发生率6.6%低于单一组患者不良反应发生率17.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)联合组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,单一组患者治疗总有效率为85.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中重度宫腔粘连患者采取宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期治疗的效果较好,具有较高的安全性,保证了预后,值得在临床中广泛推广和使用。
Objective To study the curative effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with artificial cycle in treatment of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods 150 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the single group and the combined group.The single group was given hysteroscopic electrotomy while the combined group was given hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with artificial cycle.The curative effects were compared and analyzed.Results(1)The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 6.6%,lower than that in the single group(17.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate was 96.0% in the combined group and 85.3% in the single group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with artificial cycle in treatment of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions has better curative effects and higher safety.It guarantees the prognosis and is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
