摘要
目的调查居民对快速城镇化时期基层卫生服务的满意度,为城镇化进程中基层卫生机构治理和卫生政策制定提供参考。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,对新建的成都高新东区216户居民进行问卷调查。采用Logistic回归方法分析基层卫生服务总体满意度的相关因素。结果成都高新东区乡镇卫生服务总体满意率为31.5%(68/216)。服务态度、方便程度、技术水平、就医环境、等候时间、设备设施、看病费用7个不同维度满意率分别为59.7%(129/216)、57.9%(125/216)、34.7%(75/216)、31.0%(67/216)、28.7%(62/216)、25.5%(55/216)、25.5%(55/216)。Logistic回归结果显示,等候时间、就医环境、技术水平、服务态度、看病费用是总体满意度的相关因素。结论成都高新东区居民对转型期基层卫生服务满意度较低,建议以城镇化为契机,对乡镇卫生院功能定位、服务质量和就医环境加以改善,从而提高居民对基层卫生服务的总体满意度,促进分级诊疗制度落实。
Objective To investigate the residents'satisfaction with primary health services in the process of rapid urbanization and provide references for the governance of grass-roots health institutions and the formulation of health policies.Methods The questionnaire was conducted among 216 residents in the eastern regions of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone by the multi-stage sampling method.The related factors of the overall satisfaction were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results The overall satisfaction rate was 31.5%(68/216)in the eastern regions of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.As to the different dimensions of satisfaction,the satisfaction rates of service attitude,convenience,doctors'skills,medical environment,waiting time,equipment and facilities,and medical expenses were 59.7%(129/216),57.9%(125/216),34.7%(75/216),31.0%(67/216),28.7%(62/216),25.5%(55/216)and 25.5%(55/216)respectively.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that waiting time,medical environment,doctors'skills,service attitude and medical expenses were the related factors of the overall satisfaction.Conclusion The residents'satisfaction with the primary health service of the transition period is relatively low in the eastern regions of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.It is suggested that urbanization should be taken as an opportunity to improve the function orientation,service quality and medical environment of township hospitals,so as to improve residents'overall satisfaction and promote the implementation of the hierarchical medical system.
