摘要
在十九大报告强调"经济高质量发展""加快建设科技创新、现代金融协同发展的产业体系"背景下,区域性股权交易市场渐渐成为处于初创期的高科技企业通过股票市场融资的重要渠道。本文基于我国区域性股权交易所的发展无法满足科技金融背景下初创型科技企业融资需求的现状,开创性地对天津股权交易所的转板实践展开探讨研究。本文创新性地提出转板条件的双因素、转板路径的三类型和转板培育服务的三模块等,基于天交所的研究,进而推广到辽宁等省市,最后提出多层次资本市场转板的路径建议和发展方向,对我国区域性资本市场的转板理论发展和实践将起到一定的借鉴作用。
In the report emphasizes the"high quality and economic development"to"speed up the con"under the background,regional equity trading market is becoming a leading high-tech enterprise through the stock market financing important channel.In this paper,based on China’s regional equity exchange cannot satisfy the development of science and technology under the background of financial start-up technology,the status of financing needs,pioneering rotating plate for the tianjin equity exchange practice discussion research.This paper puts forward innovative rotating plate condition of double factors,three types of rotating plate path and turn plate cultivating service three modules,etc.,based on the research of day the exchange,and then spread to liaoning and other provinces and cities,at last,it puts forward the path of the multi-level capital market turning plate and the development direction,to our country regional capital market turn plate theory development and practice will play a certain reference function.
