摘要
目的观察紫红生发酊配合外治法治疗气滞血瘀风燥型斑秃的临床疗效。方法 60例符合诊断标准的斑秃患者按随机数表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患者均给以中医外治法(梅花针叩刺、磁热治疗仪)。在此基础上对照组给予米诺地尔酊外用,观察组给予自制剂紫红生发酊,持续治疗6周,观察并比较两组患者临床皮损评分、临床疗效、肝肾功改变及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组总有效率(83.33%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后皮损评分均低于治疗前(P=0.000);观察组治疗后皮损评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=-0.761,P=0.450);两组患者治疗前后丙氨酸氯基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应总发生率(13.33%)低于对照组(23.33%)(χ2=3.388,P=0.048)。结论选用紫红生发酊配合外治法治疗气滞血瘀风燥型斑秃疗效较好,且安全性高。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy in patients with alopecia areata of the Qi stagnation blood stasis wind dryness type treated by tonic tincture and external therapy. Methods Total 60 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into observation group(30cases) and control group(30cases). The control group was treated with minoxidil tincture externally, and the observation group was given treatment of tonic tincture. Two groups were both treated with external therapy. After 6 weeks’ treatment,clinical score,clinical efficacy,liver and kidney function and the adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group(83.33%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05). The clinical score was much lower than that before treatment(P<0.05). Liver and kidney function in two groups had no significant difference (P﹥0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 13.33%, much lower than that of the control group(23.33%),and there were significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Tonic tincture and external therapy had good therapeutic efficacy and high safety for alopecia areata.
