摘要
在中职学校涉农专业培养中引入"农作物生长周期体验式"教学模式,建设校农四方联动的人才培养模式,对接职业岗位的特色化课程体系,资源深度整合的模块化校本教材,校企融合的岗位化教学实习,不仅可以培养学生在农业生产各岗位的专项技能和综合技能,亦能提高学生的协作能力和创新能力。
The teaching mode of "experiential crop growth cycle" is introduced into professional training in agricultural field, building school-farmer quartet linkage training mode, constructing the professional course system with characteristics, modular school-based teaching materials by integrating resources, the post practice with enterprise-school cooperation, which will not only train students in specialized agricultural production skills and comprehensive skills that meet every post, also can improve students' cooperative and innovative ability.
