摘要
本文通过对硬度偏高的渗碳齿轮钢20CrMnTiH小规格热轧材的组织分析,认为热轧材中存在贝氏体组织是导致材料硬度偏高的主要原因。通过两段穿水,控制终轧温度在830℃~850℃的工艺方案,在步进式冷床上空冷条件下,可以实现材料的组织为均匀的铁素体+珠光体组织,硬度≤240HB的要求。经过多轮的验证生产和用户使用跟踪,材料的使用性能可以稳定地满足用户冷挤压和车削加工的要求。
Based on the microstructure analysis of 20CrMnTiH small size hot rolled carburized gear steel with higher hardness,the existence of bainite microstructure in hot rolled steel was considered the main reason for the higher hardness of this kind of material.Through two-stages water-cooling,controlling the finishing temperature at 830℃~850℃,the uniform ferrite+pearlite microstructure and no more than 240HB hardness could be achieved under the air cooling condition above the step cooling bed.After several rounds of verification of production and user tracking,20CrMnTiH performance could meet the user's requirements of cold extrusion and turning processing.
