摘要
结合我国露天煤矿的发展现状,归纳总结改革开放以来我国露天煤矿在采矿理论、开采技术、开采工艺及设备、安全生产、环境治理和资源综合利用以及信息化等方面取得的发展成就,在绿色、安全、高效的新时代露天煤矿建设总目标下,从技术、装备、管理3方面提出了实现目标的具体方法,科学地把握和预测了未来我国露天煤矿在开采技术、设备、管理方面的发展趋势,进一步促进煤炭工业科学发展。
Based on the development status of open-pit coal mines in China,this article summarizes the development achievements of open-pit coal mines in terms of mining theory,mining technology,mining equipment,production safety,environment protection,comprehensive utilization of resources and informatization.Under the overall goal of green,safe and efficient open-pit coal mine construction in the new era,this article puts forward the specific methods to realize the goal from three aspects of technology,equipment and management,and scientifically grasps and predicts the future development tendency of the open-pit coal mines in terms of mining technology,equipment and management,so as to further promote the scientific development of coal industry.
