摘要
目的探讨标准化护理干预在胃溃疡合并糖尿病患者内镜检查中的护理效果。方法选取112例于2017年4月—2018年4月在该院进行内镜检查的胃溃疡合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,依护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,分别给予常规护理与标准化护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的血糖水平变化情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果两组患者护理前的FPG与2 hPG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均有所下降,且研究组患者护理后的FPG与2 hPG水平明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胃溃疡合并糖尿病患者,在行内镜检查的过程当中给予其标准化护理干预有利患者血糖水平的稳定,减少不良反应的发生,促进检查的顺利完成,值得在临床沼上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing intervention on endoscopic examination of patients with gastric ulcer and diabetes.Methods A total of 112 patients with gastric ulcer and diabetes mellitus who underwent endoscopy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to different nursing methods.Compared with standardized nursing intervention,the changes of blood glucose levels and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of FPG and 2 hPG between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of FPG and 2 hPG in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric ulcer and diabetes,the standardized nursing intervention during the endoscopic examination is beneficial to the stability of blood glucose level,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the successful completion of the examination.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical marsh.
