摘要
目的对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者血液透析(HD)护理措施及临床效果进行探析。方法将2016年2月—2018年2月在该院接受HD治疗的110例DN患者纳入观察中,依照护理方法不同分成研究组和对照组,各55例;对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施全过程护理,对比分析两组并发症发生情况,并通过问卷掌握患者护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率为5.45%,护理满意度为96.37%,对照组分别为20.00%、83.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在DN患者HD治疗中配合全过程护理干预,有助于预防和减少并发症发生,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures and clinical effects of hemodialysis(HD)in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 110 patients with DN who underwent HD treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,55 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,study group was implemented the whole process of nursing,and the complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the patient satisfaction was grasped through the questionnaire.Results The complication rate was 5.45% in the study group,96.37% in the nursing care,and 20.00% and 83.63% in the control group,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperating with whole-course nursing intervention in HD treatment of DN patients can help prevent and reduce complications and improve patient care satisfaction.
