摘要
本文以新疆玉龙喀什河水利信息管理平台构建为依托,研究了GIS在水利信息管理平台中的应用,分析了水利信息管理平台的主要技术原理,提出了基于SOA的系统架构,并采用B/S和C/S相结合的应用体系,实现数据的统一化存储与服务,基于Arc SDE与Oracle进行水利信息空间数据和水文数据的管理。最后,从系统界面、地图服务以及空间查询三个方面分析系统的具体实现情况。本研究可为类似水利信息管理平台的构建提供借鉴。
Xinjiang Yulong Kashi River water conservancy information management platform is adopted as the support in the paper for studying the application of GIS in water conservancy information management platform. Main technical principles of water conservancy information management platform are analyzed to put forward the system architecture based on SOA. B/S and C/S combination application system is adopted to realize the unified data storage and service. Water conservancy information management of spatial data and hydrological data is realized based on ArcSDE and Oracle. Finally, the specific implementation of the system is analyzed from the system interface, map service and spatial query, which can provide reference for the construction of similar water conservancy information management platforms.
