硝普钠对NaCl胁迫下一串红生长的影响

摘要 以一串红当年生3~4叶播种苗为试材,采用双因素随机区组试验,研究了硝普钠浓度(0mmol/L、0.05mmol/L、0.10mmol/L、0.20mmol/L)对NaCl(0、0.60%、0.80%)胁迫下一串红生长和花期的影响。结果表明,不同浓度NaCl和硝普钠及其交互效应对株高、叶长和叶宽的影响均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。硝普钠0.05mmol/L和0.10mmol/L可以缓解0.60%和0.80%NaCl胁迫对株高、叶长、叶宽的抑制作用;0.20mmol/L可以缓解0.60%和0.80%NaCl胁迫对一串红叶宽的抑制作用,但对0.80%NaCl胁迫株高、0.60%NaCl胁迫叶长的抑制作用加重;0.05mmol/L和0.10mmol/L硝普钠对0.60%和0.80%NaCl胁迫下花期延后的缓解作用有限。隶属函数综合评价结果表明:0.60%NaCl胁迫下,0.05mmol/L和0.10mmol/L硝普钠的缓解效果显著;0.80%NaCl胁迫下,0.10mmol/L硝普钠的缓解效果显著。 The Salvia splendens seedlings with 3~4 leaves were used as experimental materials.Using two-factor randomized block design method,the effects of sodium nitroprusside(0 mmol/L,0.05 mmol/L,0.10 mmol/L and 0.20 mmol/L)alleviating NaCl stress(0.60%and 0.80%)on Salvia splendens were studied.The results showed that concentrations of NaCl and sodium nitroprusside,as well as their interaction,had very significant effects on plant height,leaf length and leaf width(P<0.01).0.05 mmol/L and 0.10 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside could alleviate the inhibition of 0.60%and 0.80%NaCl on plant height,leaf length and leaf width.0.20 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside could alleviate the inhibition of 0.80%NaCl on leaf width,however,it could aggravate the inhibition of 0.80%NaCl on plant height and 0.60%NaCl on leaf length.0.05 mmol/L and 0.10 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside had no significant effect on the flowering time of Salvia splendens under 0.60%and 0.80%NaCl stress.The comprehensive evaluation showed 0.05 mmol/L and 0.10 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside significantly alleviated the 0.60%NaCl damage,and 0.10 mmol/L significantly alleviated the 0.80%NaCl damage.
