摘要
目的:探究护理干预对促进结肠癌术后肠道功能恢复的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2018年1-6月笔者所在医院收治的56例结肠癌患者纳为研究对象,查病例号按照单号双号将其分为对照组和试验组,每组纳入28例。试验组开展综合护理干预,对照组开展常规护理干预。比较两组患者满意度、肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣音出现时间、首次肛门排气时间、HAMA、HAMD评分。结果:与对照组比较,试验组患者的护理总满意度较高,肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣音出现时间和首次肛门排气时间较短,HAMA评分及HAMD评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结肠癌患者开展综合护理干预,可综合提升护理满意度,缩短肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣音出现时间及首次肛门排气时间,降低HAMA评分及HAMD评分,值得临床深究。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on promoting intestinal function recovery after colon cancer operation.Method:A retrospective analysis of 56 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January to June 2018 were conducted.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the number of single and double.Each group included 28 cases.Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the experimental group,while routine nursing intervention was used in the control group.The satisfaction of patients,intestinal function recovery time,bowel sounds time,first anal exhaust time,HAMA and HAMD scores were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher,the recovery time of intestinal function,the time of bowel sounds appearing and the time of first anal exhaust were shorter,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD were decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with colon cancer can comprehensively improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the recovery time of intestinal function,the time of bowel sounds and the first anal exhaust time,and reduce the HAMA score and HAMD score,which is worthy of further clinical study.
