摘要
目的:探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的有效性及优势。方法:选择90例2016年1月-2018年1月肾上腺肿瘤患者,据术式分组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行后腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组肾上腺肿瘤手术干预效果;手术平均时间、术后住院天数、出血量;手术前后患者生活质量中情感、社会、躯体和心理功能指标;脏器损伤等并发症率。结果:观察组肾上腺肿瘤手术干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术平均时间、术后住院天数、出血量优于对照组(P<0.05);手术前两组生活质量中情感、社会、躯体和心理功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后观察组生活质量中情感、社会、躯体和心理功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组脏器损伤等并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾上腺肿瘤患者行后腹腔镜手术效果非常理想,可有效提高疗效和减少手术时间、住院时间,减少并发症和出血,促使患者获得更好的生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and advantages of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors.Method:Ninety patients with adrenal tumors from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled according to the procedure.The control group underwent conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.The effect of surgical intervention on the adrenal tumors was compared between the two groups,the average time of surgery,the length of postoperative hospital stay,the amount of bleeding,the emotional,social,physical and psychological function indicators of the quality of life of patients before and after surgery,the complication rate of organ injury were compared.Result:The total effect of surgical intervention on adrenal tumors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average operation time,postoperative hospital stay and blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in physical and psychological function indexes before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the emotional,social,physical and psychological function indexes of the quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of organ injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative laparoscopic surgery in patients with adrenal tumors is very effective,which can effectively improve the efficacy and reduce the operation time,reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce complications and bleeding,and promote patients to achieve a better quality of life.
