化学助剂对蒙脱土固相颗粒Zeta电位影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用Zeta电位仪测定了蒙脱土固相颗粒表面的Zeta电位,通过Zeta电位值的变化探讨了化学助剂对油田采出水稳定性的影响。结果表明,Zeta电位随pH值增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势;温度升高使溶液胶体颗粒的布朗运动加快,当温度为60℃时,溶液胶体中的颗粒分散达到灵敏限值;通过杀菌剂1227和异噻唑啉酮对溶液胶体电位影响的对比发现,1227的稳定性优于异噻唑啉酮;在溶液胶体中分别加入60mg/L的有机磷酸型防垢缓蚀剂HEDP和DETPMP,溶液胶体颗粒表面的Zeta电位达到最高,当蒙脱土颗粒表面Zeta电位高于25mV时,HEDP对溶胶固相颗粒聚结稳定性好于DETPMP;当咪唑啉缓蚀剂加量为40mg/L时,分散在液体之中的颗粒的稳定性越好,越不容易聚集。 Zeta potential was used to measure the surface Zeta potential of the suspension and the influence of additives on the stability of the oilfield was studied.The results showed that the Zeta potential increased first and then decreased with the increase of pH value,which was a strong aggregation and precipitation range.The colloidal particles accelerated the Brownian motion due to the increase of temperature.When the temperature of 60℃,the sensitivity limit of dispersion.Compared with the effect of 1227 and isothiazolinone,the stability of the addition 1227 was better than that of isothiazolinone.The choice of this experiment for the HEDP and DETPMP organic phosphoric acid type Anti-scaling and corrosion inhibitor,the Zeta potential reaches the maximum at 60 mg/L and then decreases gradually.When the Zeta potential is higher than 25 mV,the dispersion has good coalescence stability.Therefore,HEDP should be chosen.When the dosage of imidazoline inhibitor is 40 mg/L,the stability of the particles dispersed in the liquid is better and more difficult to aggregate.
