垂体后叶素联合普鲁卡因治疗肺结核咯血的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨和分析在肺结核咯血患者中普鲁卡因+垂体后叶素的效果。方法此次抽取2015年3月至2018年3月在本院医治的患者(90例)进行研究,以入院顺序分乙组和甲组,各45例。本次患者均静脉滴注垂体后叶素,而甲组加普鲁卡因,总结止血时间、不良反应、疗效。结果甲组的止血时间(2.15±0.45)天短于乙组(4.82±1.33)天,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.756,P=0.000)。甲组不良反应的总发生率(15.56%)少于乙组(40.0%),差异有统计学意义(c2=6.702,P=0.010)。甲组治疗的总有效率(95.56%)高于乙组(71.11%),差异有统计学意义(c2=6.680,P=0.002)。结论肺结核咯血患者中,普鲁卡因+垂体后叶素可快速止血,治疗有效率高,且具有一定的安全性。 Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of procaine + hypophysis in pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis. Methods The patients (90 cases) who were treated in this hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected for the study. They were divided into group B and group A in the order of admission to the hospital, each with 45 cases. This time, the patients were intravenous drip of pituitary hypophysis, while Group A Jiapuluqiayin summarized the time of bleeding, adverse reactions, and efficacy. Results The hemostasis time of Group A (2.15±0.45) was shorter than that of Group B (4.82±1.33), and the difference was statistically significant (t=12.756, P=0.000). The total incidence of adverse reactions in Group A(15.56%) was less than that in Group B (40.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (c2=6.702, P=0.010). The total effective rate of Group A treatment (95.56%) was higher than Group B (71.11%), and the difference was statistically significant (c2=6.680, P=0.002). Conclusion In tuberculosis hemoptysis, procaine + hypophysis can stop bleeding quickly, the treatment efficiency is high, and it has certain safety.
