新型磁流变阻尼器的仿真方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用UDF和基于区域整体运动的动网格模拟相结合的方法,间接地将运动的磁场施加在运动的流场中,实现了对磁流变阻尼器不同电流下全后坐全流场的瞬态模拟。通过实验和对模拟结果的分析,验证了模拟结果的合理性,并结合实验模拟不同电流下阻尼器的情况,得出阻尼力-时间曲线。 In view of the fact that there are few accurate CFD transient simulation methods to describe the whole working state of Mr dampers,a new MRD simulation method was proposed in this paper.Using the method of UDF and dynamic grid simulation based on regional global motion,the moving magnetic field was indirectly applied to the moving flow field,and the transient simulation of the entire recoil movement and the entire flow field under different MRD currents was realized.The rationality of the simulation results was verified by the experiment and analysis of the simulation results.The damping force curve was obtained by simulating the dampers with different current.
