摘要
随着社会转型和社会变迁的加剧,青少年网络犯罪也日益加剧,相关的研究日渐丰富。文献综述发现,近二十年来我国青少年网络犯罪的研究主要聚焦于描述性研究、影响性研究、相关性研究、学科性研究、比较性研究和对策性研究六个方面,并取得了一定的成果,奠定了研究的坚实基础。但随着网络社会的全面来临,相关研究领域有待拓展,研究视角有待丰富,研究范式有待创新,研究质量有待提升。未来要深化研究的领域和内容,转换研究的视角和理念,拓展研究的范式和方法,整合研究的学科体系和资源,从整体上提升研究的数量和质量。
In the process of social transformation,various changes are intensified,and youth network crimes also increase accordingly.Relevant research are made and enriched increasingly.Through the literature review,it is found that in the late 20 years,the research on youth network crimes in China mainly focuses on six aspects:descriptive research,influential research,relevance research,discipline research,comparative research,and countermeasure research.Certain achievements have been made in the process,which lays a sound basis for future research.But,with the overall advent of network society,relevant research spheres are to be expanded,the angle of research should be enriched,the paradigm of research needs to be innovated,and the quality of research should be improved.When doing research with youth network crimes in the future,we should deepen the sphere and content,transform the angle and ideal,expand the paradigm and methods,and integrate the discipline and resource so as to improve comprehensively the quantity and quality of the research.
