摘要
本本文简要介绍了DFSS在车载电子电器零件抗干扰测试场强校准中的应用方法,主要根据不同的测试场地特性,根据DOE优化影响因子的方法,对测试场强进行各因子的位置选择,确保测试过程中电场强度始终是测试所需要的强度,提高了测试结果的准确度,同时减少了测试中用于校准、复测的时间,降低了测试费用,为产品开发提供相应的数据支持。
This paper briefly introduces the application method of DFSS in the field strength calibration of the automotive electrical and electronic components.According to the different test site characteristics and the method of DOE influence factor optimization,the author chooses position of various factors which influences the test field strength,ensures strength of the electric field which we wanted during the test,improves accuracy of the test results,reduces time for calibration,reduces test cost,and provides corresponding data support for the product development.
