摘要
研究分析浅圆仓安装压力门式伞型多点布料器对储粮直接成本的影响。结果表明:采用压力门式布料器入粮与传统单点式入粮相比,能显著缩短平仓作业时间,改善入仓时杂质的分布情况,提高通风的效率,明显降低储粮期间工作的强度和费用,具有良好的经济效益。
The influence of pressure door type distributor on the direct cost of grain storage in squat silos was studied and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the traditional single-point feeding,the pressure door type distributor could significantly shorten the grain pile's time,improve the distribution of impurities,improve the efficiency of ventilation,and significantly reduce the intensity and cost of work during grain storage,which could product great economic benefits.
