摘要 目的观察Q开关1064nm激光联合微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取我科2017年6月-2018年6月收治的黄褐斑患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组:采用滚轮微针导入氨甲环酸联合Q开关1064 nm激光治疗,间隔半月,两项治疗交替进行,疗程持续5月;对照组:采用Nd:YAG1064nmQ开关激光治疗,每月1次,连续5次。治疗完成后1月评价疗效及患者进行满意度。结果治疗组有效率95.55%,对照组75.55%,两组比较差异有显著性(P <0.05)。治疗组满意率93.33%,对照组71.11%。结论 Q开关1064nm激光联合微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑是一种疗效显著,且安全性高的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Q-switch 1064 nm laser combining with microneedle importing tranexamic acid for the treatment of melasma.Methods Ninety patients in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases.Treatment group:Combined with Q-switch 1064 nm laser and microneedle technology,the treatment interval was half a month,the two treatments were alternated,and the whole course was 5 months.Control group:patients were given Q-switch Nd:YAG 1064nm laser,once a month,continued 5 months.After 1 months of treatment,clinical effects and patients’satisfaction were evaluated.Results The effective rate was 95.55%in the treatment group and 75.55%in the control group,There were significant differences between the two groups.(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of treatment group was 93.33%and the satisfaction rate of control group was 71.11%.Conclusions Q-switched 1064nm laser combined microneedle technology is a effective and safty therapeutic method.
