摘要
目的比较股前外侧穿支皮瓣(ALTPF)和腹部带蒂皮瓣(APSF)在手部软组织缺损修复治疗中,的临床效果。方法选取我院接诊的手部软组织缺损患者64例,随机分为ALTPF组与APSF组,各组患者32例,分别采取对应的皮瓣移植修复治疗,观察两组患者术后皮瓣评价与受区并发症。结果 ALTPF组术后皮瓣评价结果为(86.32±1.47)分高于APSF组术后皮瓣评价结果为(75.13±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);ALTPF组术后受区并发症发生率为12.50%低于APSF组术后受区并发症发生率为31.25%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相较于APSF移植手术,针对手部软组织缺损的修复治疗,ALTPF移植手术具有显著的效果。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of anterolateral thigh perforator flap(ALTPF)and abdominal pedicled skin flap(APSF)in the repair of hand soft tissue defects.Methods 64 patients with hand soft tissue defect were randomly divided into ALTPF group and APSF group.32 patients in each group were treated with corresponding skin flap transplantation.The evaluation of skin flap and complications in recipient area were observed.Result The result of skin flap evaluation in ALTPF group was(86.32±1.47)higher than that in APSF group(75.13±1.58).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in ALTPF group was 12.50%lower than that in APSF group was 31.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with APSF transplantation,ALTPF transplantation has a significant effect on the repair of hand soft tissue defects.
