形变时效处理对Cu-0.5Cr-2Ni合金性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过中频熔炼—铁模铸造—热轧—固溶处理—冷轧—时效处理工艺制备了Cu-0.5Cr-2Ni合金板材。采用拉伸力学性能测试、电导率测试、金相和透射电子显微镜观察研究了不同时效处理对该合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Cu-0.5Cr-2Ni合金在固溶处理为930℃×1 h、冷变形量为60%、时效状态为450℃×4 h的条件下综合性能最好。该合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率、电导率分别达到438 MPa、398 MPa、12.4%、45.5%IACS。 The authors adopted a process of medium frequency smelting-casing in iron mold-hot rolling-solid solution treatment-cold rolling-aging treatment to produce Cu-0.5Cr-2Ni alloy plates,and adopted tensile mechanical performance test,electric conductivity test,metallographic test and observation with transmission electron microscopy to study the impact on structure and performance of such alloy under different aging treatment.The results show the alloy Cu-0.5Cr-2Ni is of best overall performance when the solution treatment is 930 ℃×1 h,the deformation in cold state is 60%,and the aging treatment is 450 ℃×4 h and its tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and the electric conductivity are 438 MPa,398 MPa,12.4% and 45.5%IACS respectively.
