摘要
介绍高、中压工业汽轮机在线清洗除垢的原因、方法、步骤和注意事项,结合清洗实例,说明清洗效果,有效避免了多台汽轮机的大修,节约了检修时间和检修费用。
This paper described why online cleaning was applied on high and medium pressure industrial steam turbine,and cleaning method,step and precausions.Real cleaning cases were presented to show the cleaning effect.Online cleaning can effectively prevent the maintenance of many steam turbines happening at the same time,therefore save the maintenance time and cost.
