再生轻骨料混凝土梁承载力的研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用陶粒和以废砖为主的再生骨料制作成了6根不同再生骨料取代率(0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)的钢筋混凝土梁,通过正截面承载力受弯试验,分别对再生轻骨料混凝土的应力-应变关系表达式和梁的受弯承载力计算公式进行了研究。在过镇海提出的混凝土应力-应变关系模型的基础上,给出了再生轻骨料混凝土应力-应变关系的表达式,该表达式与试验结果吻合较好。同时提出了再生轻骨料混凝土梁的受弯承载力计算公式,并验证了该公式的合理性。本文的研究结果可以为再生轻骨料混凝土在梁类构件中的应用提供一定的理论基础。 Using ceramsite and recycled aggregate mainly made of waste brick particles,7 reinforced concrete beams with different recycled brick aggregate replacement rate were produced.The ordinary concrete beams and 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%recycled brick aggregate to replace the normal section of the recycled lightweight aggregate,through the normal section bearing capacity test,the expression of stress-strain relation and the formula of flexural bearing capacity of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete are studied respectively.Based on the model of concrete stress-strain relation proposed by Guo Zhenhai,the expression of stress-strain relation of recycled aggregate lightweight aggregate concrete is given,and it agrees well with the test.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the application of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete in beam structures.
