连续施用生物炭对连作烤烟烟叶主要化学成分的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Continuous Application of Biochar on Main Chemical Components in Tobacco Leaves of Flue-cured Tobacco Continuous Cropping

摘要 【目的】为了改善连作烤烟烟叶质量,探讨连续施用生物炭对连作烤烟烟叶质量的长期效应。【方法】以云烟87为试材,通过大田定位试验研究了连续施用生物炭对连作烤烟烟叶主要化学成分的影响。【结果】连续施用生物炭后降低了烤烟后烟叶总糖、还原糖含量,增加了烤烟后烟叶钾含量和钾氯比值,缓解了烤烟后烟叶总氮含量降低、烟碱含量升高的趋势,有利于协调烤烟后烟叶氯含量。此外,连续施用生物炭对烟叶主要化学成分的协调作用会随着连作年限的延长而逐渐减弱。【结论】连续施用生物炭能协调连作烤烟烟叶化学成分,缓解因连作时间的延长导致烟叶质量下降的趋势,但其缓解作用也会逐年减弱。 【Objective】In order to improve the quality of tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco continuous cropping,the study was conducted on the long-term effects of continuous application of biochar on the quality of tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco continuous cropping.【Method】Yunyan 87 was selected as testing material and a field located experiment was designed to study the effects of continuous application of biochar on main chemical components in tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco continuous cropping.【Result】The continuous application of biochar could reduce the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco leaves after baking,improve the content of potassium and potassium chlorine ratio of tobacco leaves after baking,alleviate the tendency of the content of total nitrogen decreased and nicotine increased of tobacco leaves after baking,and beneficial to coordinate the content of chlorine of tobacco leaves after baking.In addition,it would gradually decreased with the extension of continuous cropping years that the effects of continuous application of biochar on the coordination of main chemical components of tobacco leaves.【Conclusion】Continuous application of biochar can coordinate chemical components of tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco continuous cropping,and alleviate the tendency of the quality decline of tobacco leaves due to prolongation of continuous cropping,but its remission effects will weaken year by year.
