摘要
【目的】研究香菇多糖对马铃薯疮痂病抗性及生理特性的影响,为广西马铃薯疮痂病生物防治提供科学依据。【方法】在马铃薯块茎形成初期,利用不同浓度香菇多糖稀释液进行叶面喷施,测定马铃薯农艺性状和生理指,评价香菇多糖稀释液对马铃薯疮痂病抗性。【结果】不同浓度香菇多糖稀释液均显著降低马铃薯疮痂病发病率,其中800倍的香菇多糖稀释液对疮痂病防治效果最好,相对防效为79. 98%。与对照处理相比,香菇多糖处理后马铃薯叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量,以及POD、PAL和PPO酶活性均有所提高,MDA的含量降低,植株主茎数增加,产量和块茎营养品质均不同程度提高。【结论】香菇多糖可以作为一种植物生长调节剂和诱抗剂应用于农业生产,有利于马铃薯的生长发育,降低疮痂病发病率,提升马铃薯产量和品质。
【Objective】To provide a scientific reference for the biological control of potato scab in Guangxi,the resistance and physiological characteristics of lentinan to potato scab were studied.【Method】In the early formation of potato tubers,different concentration of gradient lentinan diluents were used to study the effects on scab resistance and physiological characters of potato.【Results】Lentinan diluents of different concentrations significantly reduced the incidence of potato scab,lentinan diluents of 800 times had the best relative control efficiency on potato scab which was 79.98%.Compared with the control treatment,the chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline content as well as POD,PAL and PPO activity were improved after Lentinan diluents treatments,the MDA content in potato leaf was reduced,plant main stem number increased,and the yield,quality and nutrition of potato were improved.【Conclusion】Lentinan could be used as a plant growth regulator and inducer in agricultural production,which could reduce the infection rate of potato scab,promote the growth and development of potato and improve its yield and quality.
