摘要
【目的】探讨蓖麻种子表型与品质性状含油量、脂肪酸成分的关系。【方法】文章应用DPS统计软件对35份蓖麻种质资源的种子表型和品质相关性状进行变异性、相关性和聚类分析。【结果】种子长、种子宽、百粒重的变异系数较大,依次分别为23. 19%、29. 46%、61. 73%;种子长、种子宽、百粒重与种子含油量呈极显著正相关,与蓖麻油酸含量无显著正相关,蓖麻油酸含量与种子含油量无显著正相关,与其他脂肪酸含量呈极显著负相关,种皮颜色与种子百粒重、含油量和蓖麻油酸含量无显著负相关,种子形状越趋于圆形百粒会越重; 35个蓖麻品系的7个种子相关性状的聚类在D2=7. 58水平下分为4个大类群,其中第四类群的6个品系种子品质良好,可作为育种亲本。【结论】种子籽粒大、种皮颜色浅的蓖麻种子品质性状良好。
【Objective】The correlation analysis between the phenotype of castor seeds and the oil content and fatty acid composition was studied.【Method】Seed phenotypic traits and qualitative traits of 35 castor bean germplasm resources were analyzed using a statistical software DPS.【Result】The results showed that large aberrance coefficient of seed length,seed width,hundred-grain weight was in turn 23.19%,29.46%,61.73%.There were significant positive correlation between seed oil content and seed length,seed width and hundred-grain weight respectively.The ricinoleic acid content had not a positive correlation with seed length,seed width,hundred-grain weight and oil content,but had a negative correlation with other fatty acids content.The seed coat color had no correlation with the hundred-grain weight,oil content and ricinoleic acid content.The more round the seed shape was,the larger the hundred-grain weight was.The 35 castor bean germplasm resources were classified to 4 groups at the level of D 2=7.85.Group 4 including six germplasm had excellent seed trait and recommended for parent.【Conclusion】The better quality traits of castor seed were larger-size seed and lighter seed coat color.
