摘要
坚持以人为本、推进素质教育是教育改革的发展目标,是满足新时期下社会企业发展的新需求,是促进学生全面发展的重要途径。而如何让高校学生成为社会中需要的"应用型人才",介绍了当前我国化工教育改革的若干问题,即:办学特色、教育理念的落后、专业教师素养不够等,严重制约了我国化工教育的发展。基于这些问题,文章从多个角度出发,为解决化工教育改革中面临的若干问题提出了新的路径。
Adhering to people-oriented and promoting quality education is the development goal of education reform,meeting the new needs of social enterprises in the new era,and an important way to promote students’allround development.How to make college students become the"applied talents"needed by the society,the article mainly introduces some problems in the current reform of Chemical Education in China,such as the characteristics of running a school,the backwardness of educational ideas,the lack of professional teachers’quality,etc.,which seriously restricts the development of Chemical Education in China.Based on these problems,this paper puts forward a new way to solve some problems in chemical education reform from various perspectives.
