摘要 基于鉴频器的瞬时测频技术(IFM)具有许多突出优点,它能在极宽的频率范围内,以近100%的截获概率,实现对雷达信号载频的快速测量。然而若宽开通道调整不到位,在超宽微波频段上,会出现大量频率测量多值及错值,尤其是在灵敏度附近时。首先从理论上研究了其产生原因,然后提出技术改进方案,并付诸实施。改进后出现多值的概率大大降低,并完全避免了错值出现。 The instantaneous frequency measurement technology(IFM)based on frequency discriminator has many outstanding advantages.It could capture the radar signals and measure frequency quickly with capturing probability almost up to 100 percents in a broad frequency range.But if wide open channel adjustment is not in place,an amount of multiple and incorrect value of frequency will be appeared in the ultra wide microwave,especialy when small signals are input(near the sensitivity).So at first the reason is studied in theory,then an improvement project is proposed.The results show that the probability of multiple values are decreased and no incorrect value are occurred after the improvement is done.
