摘要
目的了解护理专业女大学生乳房自检实施情况及行为影响因素,为将来的健康教育提供依据,提高女大学生的乳房保健水平。方法采用整群抽样法对海南医学院护理学院415名在校女大学生开展问卷调查。结果 390名护理专业在校女大学生大一、大二和大三实施乳房自检人数分别为21人(15.22%)、39人(27.08%)和68人(62.96%),平均实施率为32.82%,规范乳房自检(每月至少一次)的人数为32人(8.21%)。护理专业女大学生乳腺癌知识知晓平均得分为(45.80±6.73)分,乳腺癌预防的态度和信心平均得分为(69.99±10.36)分。乳房自检实施率随年级的增加而上升,且不同年级的实施率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);有乳腺疾病史者的实施率较未患过乳腺疾病者实施率要高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005);而母亲学历对于实施率的影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虽然护理专业女大学生对乳房自检及乳腺癌相关知识有一定了解,但乳房自检实施率仍有待提高,应采取更加有效的方式进行宣传和指导。
OBJECTIVE Research on current situation and the influencing factors of breast-self examination(BSE)among female nursing students in Haikou,in order to provide evidence for health education in the future and improve their health condition METHOD 415 female nursing student were selected from College of Nursing,Hainan Medical university by using cluster sampling,carryed out research by using questionnair.RESULTS 390 female nursing students included in the program:there were 21(15.22%)students among first grade,39 students(27.08%)among sophomores and 68(62.96%)among junior students.The average SBE rate was 32.82%,there were 32(8.21%)students who can.implement standard SBE procedure.(onceamothatleast).The average score of breast cancerelated knowledge was(45.80±6.73)points,the average score of attitude and confidence for breastb cancer prevention was(69.99±10.36).The implementation rate of BSE goes up with the grade,and the difference among grades had significance meaning statistically(χ^2=89.851,P<0.001);the implementation rate of BSE of those students who had breast disease history was higher than those who had not,and the difference had significance meaning statistically(χ^2=15.126,P<0.005).Mother’s education background of those students had no significance influence statistically on their SBE implement rate.(χ^2=0.428,P>0.05).Logistic analysis showed:grade and breast disease history were the influencing factors of BES for nursing female students,but mother’s educational background had no influence on the implementation rate of BSE.CONCLUSION Nursing students master a certain level knowledge of breast diseases and SBE,but the SBE implementation rate still needed to be improved.Thus,it needed effective approaches to strengthen the propaganda and health education about breast diseases and BES was required.
