摘要
发电厂、变电站直流系统是发变电厂(站)的重要设备,为发变电厂(站)内的控制系统、保护装置、信号装置、自动化装置提供电源。直流系统一旦出现异常,可能会导致全厂站相关设备,特别是保护装置、自动化装置完全失去作用,引发恶性设备事故和电网事故。某变电站因直流系统在改造过程中出现的隐患未及时消除,发生事故时无法及时切除故障,导致该变电站多台变压器烧毁,区域供电一度陷入瘫痪。通过对本次事故分析,结合发电厂、变电站直流系统运行特点及反事故措施要求,针对直流设备在改造、试验过程中如何规避此类问题提出检查思路及几点建议。
Power plant and substation DC system play an important part in the power plant and transformer substation,which reliability of power reply and flexibility of operation mode are widely used in power system.But its shortcoming is also very obvious,inescapably,when dc system is abnormal,it may affect a larger area,and even trigger vicious incidents with whole plant and whole station blackout.This year,a substation because of the transformation of the DC system in the process of some hidden dangers are not completely eradicated,resulting in a transformer substation more than one transformer burned,this area was once paralyzed power supply,the impact of particularly bad.This year,a substation dc system in process with some hidden danger has not completely eradicated,caused more than one substation transformer burned,the power supply once paralyzed of this area,caused a particularly bad effect.Based on analysis the reason of the accident,the operation characteristics of the DC system of the power plant and substation and the requirements measures of the anti accident,I put forward some ideas and suggestions on how to avoid such problems during transformation and test of the DC equipments.I hope to be able to learn.Writing omissions,hope you colleagues criticized the correction.
