摘要
目的探讨激光治疗在白癜风患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月我院收治的处于稳定期的身体临近部位或对称部分有两处独立皮损的白癜风患者86例,随机将患者等分为对照组和研究组。对照组进行常规治疗护理,研究组进行308 nm准分子激光治疗联合CO_2点阵激光治疗护理。308 nm准分子光每周照射3次,CO_2点阵激光每2周1次,连续进行12周治疗,12周治疗结束后进行效果评价。结果研究组患者运用308准分子激光治疗联合CO_2点阵治疗后SAS,SDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合CO_2点阵激光在白癜风治疗中疗效明显,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of laser treatment in patients with vitiligo.Methods To select 86 cases of vitiligo patients with two independent lesions in the proximal part of the body or in the symmetrical part of the body who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017,and they were divided into the control group and the study group with the same number of cases randomly.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the study group underwent 308 nm excimer laser treatment combined with CO2 dot matrix laser treatment.The 308 nm excimer light was irradiated 3 times a week for the patients,and the CO2 dot matrix laser was applied once every 2 weeks.The above treatment lasted for 12 weeks,and the effect was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 308 nm excimer laser combined with CO2 dot matrix laser is effective in the treatment of vitiligo.
