摘要
电子技术已广泛应用于国民生产的各个部门,国防和科学技术各个领域及人类社会生活的各个方面,半导体三极管是模拟电路的核心元件,应用十分广泛。文章研究了万用表测定三极管3个电极的方法。
Electronic technology has been widely used in various sectors of national production,in all fields of national defense and science and technology and in all aspects of human social life.Semiconductor triodes are the core components of analog circuits and are widely used.This paper studies the method for measuring three electrodes of triode by multimeter.
