摘要
随着前交叉韧带重建患者的增多,前交叉韧带重建失败后首次翻修的病例逐渐增加。现回顾近年来国内外采用自体移植物、同种异体移植物以及人工韧带进行前交叉韧带重建失败后首次翻修的案例,分析表明在前交叉韧带翻修术中最佳移植物的选择仍存在争议。影响移植物选择的因素有很多,包括首次重建时使用移植物的种类、术者和患者的偏好、骨隧道的扩大和对侧膝关节的状态等。
As the number of patients with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction increases, the number of first-revision cases after ACL reconstruction failure increases gradually. This article reviewed the cases of the first revision after ACL reconstruction failure using autografts, allografts and artificial ligaments at home and abroad in recent years. The analysis shows that the choice of the best graft for ACL revision is still controversial. There are many factors affecting graft selection, including the type of graft used in the first reconstruction, the preference of the operator and patient, the enlargement of the bone tunnel and the state of the contralateral knee joint.
