摘要
目的探讨踝骨关节骨折合并脱位的患者应用切开复位术方案治疗的效果及预后。方法选择踝骨关节骨折合并脱位的患者100例,均为我院骨科2017年5月—2018年5月收治,随机分组,对采用整复石膏外固定方案治疗(对照组,n=50)与采用切开复位内固定术方案治疗(观察组,n=50)效果及预后展开对比。结果观察组手术总有效率为94%,高于对照组的72%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组住院天数、骨折愈合天数、负重天数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后踝关节功能评分高于对照组,关节活动度恢复优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对临床收治的踝骨关节骨折合并脱位的患者,应用切开复位术予以治疗,可显著增强手术效果,缩短康复进程,改善踝关节功能,具有非常重要的实施价值。
Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of patients with ankle joint fracture and dislocation treated with open reduction.Methods 100 patients with ankle joint fracture and dislocation were selected.All of them were admitted to our department of orthopedics from May 2017 to May 2018.They were randomly divided into three groups:The effect and prognosis of plaster external fixation(control group,n=50)and open reduction internal fixation(observation group,n=50)were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was higher than that of the control group of 72%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization days,fracture healing days,and weight-bearing days were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ankle joint function score was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The joint activity recovery was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clinically treated fractures of the ankle joint fracture and dislocation,the treatment with open reduction can significantly enhance the surgical results,shorten the recovery process and improve the ankle function.
