摘要
白车身气密性是整车密封性的基础,通过静态气密性测试检测某轿车白车身泄漏源并进行整改,气流泄露速率下降约51SCFM,整车密封性能得到同步改善。本文提出的白车身密封改善措施对后续新车型车身结构开发具有重要意义。
The air tightness of white body is the foundation of whole-car air tightness. The leakage positions of a car white body are found by testing air tightness. After improving the leakage questions,the velocity of airflow leakage decreases about 51SCFM. At the same time,the air tightness of the whole-car is also improved. The methods improving the air tightness of the white body will be of great signification on the body structure design of new car styling in the future.
