摘要
简述了国内外20辊轧机的发展现状,分析了国内箔材轧制技术跟国际先进水平之间的差距,进而阐述了精密箔材轧机的应用前景,介绍了西北有色金属研究院最新引进的森吉米尔20辊精密箔材轧机的主要组成及特性,为国内轧机设计与制造和箔材产品应用等技术人员提供参考。
This article briefly describes the development status of the domestic and international 20-high mill,analyzes the gaps in domestic and foreign foil rolling technologies,further elaborates the application of the Sendzimir20-high reversing cold mill,and introduces the main structure composition and characteristics of the newest 20-high foil mill which is introduced from Canada by Northwest Nonferrous Metal Research Institute. Purpose of this paper is to provide reference for technicians in domestic mill design and manufacturing and foil product applications.
