摘要
为了验证不锈钢氢化罐结构设计的合理性,对人孔接管、机架凸缘,以及与人孔接管相连接的封头和筒体进行三维建模,在最高压力下对其进行ANSYS数值仿真分析,得出总体应力强度、人孔接管应力强度、凸缘应力强度、筒体及封头应力强度分布,所得的结果为此不锈钢氢化罐的设计以及结构的优化改进提供一定的依据。
In order to verify the rationality of the design of the stainless steel hydrogenation tank structure,the manhole nozzle,the frame flange,also the head and the barrel connected to the manhole nozzle are three-dimensionally modeled. The ANSYS numerical simulation analysis is carried out under the highest pressure. The overall stress strength,manhole contact stress strength,flange stress strength,cylinder and head stress intensity distribution are obtained. The results provide a basis for the design and structural optimization of the stainless steel hydrogenation tank.
