摘要
根据GB11567.2-2001对货车后下部防护装置的要求,设计了一种阻挡梁横截面形状为圆管的后防护装置,而传统的货车后防护装置阻挡梁的横截面通常为U型槽钢形式。利用三维软件Solidworks分别建立了传统槽钢截面和圆管截面两种结构的防护装置模型,运用有限元分析软件Hypermesh和Ansys对两种结构进行了强度计算。计算结果表明改进的结构相比较传统的槽钢截面的阻挡梁具有优良的缓冲性能,安全可靠,能够阻挡后部车辆钻入,从而避免的恶性交通事故的发生。
Based on GB11567.2-2001,the bottom protection requirements of car,this paper design a circular tube section block beam of the protective structure,and use the SolidWorks,design the traditional channel cross section and circular tube section protection device,respectively, using the finite element analysis software Hypermesh and Ansys,two kinds of software to calculate the structure strength. The results show that the improved structure has a good protection performance,effectively stop the back of the vehicle and prevent malignant accidents.
