摘要
随着我国铁路网的逐渐建成,工务段巡道工人的工作压力逐渐增大。由于资源有限,大部分巡道工人通过步行来检查铁路,因此存在耗时高、效率低和工作强度大等问题。为了解决上述问题,设计了一种便捷式铁路工务检修电动车。分别利用UG和ANSYS软件对该工务检修电动车进行了运动仿真和主要零件的有限元分析,从而验证了该检修电动车的运动平稳性和结构可行性。
With the development of the network of railways in China,the work pressure of patrol workers is increasing. Because of the limitation of resources,lots of patrol workers inspect the track on foot,which results in the problems of high time consuming,low efficiency and strong working intensity. To solve the problems,a convenient railway maintenance and repair electric bike is designed. The bike’s motion stability and the strength of its main parts are analyzed by software UG and ANSYS respectively,which proves the motion stability and structure feasibility of the vehicle.
