摘要为探索帕瑞昔布钠与右美托咪定在儿童患者手术中的应用,设定本研究,并报告如下.1资料与方法1.1临床资料:选择2018年4月至8月,来自山西医科大学第一医院行扁桃体摘除术40例.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,男童25例,女童15例,年龄4~11岁,体质量14~38 kg.无阿司匹林过敏、胃肠溃疡、严重血液疾病和出血倾向的病史,近期无镇静、镇痛药史.根据随机数字表将40例儿童分为联合组(A组)、单用右美托咪定滴鼻液组(B组),每组20例.该计划得到了我院伦理委员会的批准,监护人签署了知情同意书.
