摘要
本研究是在国际化人才归国回流率不断攀升、实施"浙江省国际化特色高校建设工程"的背景下,基于本校、本院的实际现状和未来发展趋势,对如何引导海归教师参与学院国际化建设问题进行了调查和研究。研究结果显示,海归教师在国际化建设中的大多数任务中能起到主要参与者的作用,应建立院级侨联组织吸引更多的海归教师参与到国际化建设项目中来。
This study is based on the background that the rate of returning overseas students is constantly rising and Zhejiang Province is implementing the Zhejiang Internationalized University Construction Project,according to the current situation and future development trend of this school,this school,how to guide the investigation and study of the overseas return teachers’ participation in the college’s internationalization construction.The research results,show that the overseas returnees can play a major role in most of the tasks in the internationalization construction.The organization of overseas returnees should be established to attract more overseas returnees to participate in international construction projects.
