摘要
随着电网运行可靠性、电力优质服务的要求进一步提高,存在一次设备难停电,继电保护和安全自动装置定检难执行的问题。为继电保护和安全自动装置定制“1+X”检修套餐的新模式,对35kV及以上变电站开展装置的状态检修。“1”是基础套餐,即D类不停电检修;“X”是可选套餐,即根据装置的评价结果进行A类、B类、C类停电检修,装置从“到期必修、修必修好”的计划检修向“应修必修、修必修好”的状态检修转变。
With the requirements of power grid operation reliability and power perfect services further improved,there is a problem that the equipment is difficult to service interruption,and the relay protection and safety automatic device is difficult to execute.The new mode of“1+X”overhaul plan for the relay protection and safety automatic device is designed is carried out for the state maintenance of the transformer substation of 35 kV and above substations.“1”is the basic package,namely,the class D don’t need power interruption maintenance;“X”is an optional package,this is according to the results of evaluation device for class A,class B and class C power interruption maintenance,all the equipments will followed the periodic maintenance principle“perfect maintenance in time”to“repair should required well”.
