摘要
针对煤矿排水控制系统存在的操作复杂、效率低、耗能大等缺点,设计了使用S7-300PLC实现控制的一种自动化排水控制系统。该系统以PLC作为井下控制核心,通过传感器监测泵房最大涌水量、水仓容积、水泵电压及电流等信息,实现远程操控水泵的自动运转及科学调度等工作,同时增设手机监控端系统,实现排水参数易于监控及快速传递等功能。
In view of the disadvantages of coal mine drainage control system,such as complex operation,low efficiency and large energy consumption,an automatic drainage control system using S7-300 PLC is designed.The system takes PLC as the core of underground control.It monitors the maximum water inflow,volume,voltage and current of the pump room by sensors,realizes the automatic operation and scientific dispatch of the pump remotely.At the same time,a mobile phone monitoring terminal system is added to realize the functions of easy monitoring and fast transmission of drainage parameters.
