摘要
提出了一种新的基于PLC的采煤机自动截割控制技术,利用PLC系统结合记忆截割技术,对采煤机在工作过程中的数据采样设计、采煤机工况、位置精确获取等进行优化研究。应用该技术可实现采煤机在高自动化下的精确自动截割工作模式,极大提升井下综采面工作的自动化程度。
A new automatic cutting control technology of shearer based on PLC is proposed.The data sampling design,shearer working condition and precise position acquisition of shearer in working process are optimized by using PLC system combined with memory cutting technology.The application of this technology can realize the precise automatic cutting mode of the shearer under high automation,and greatly enhance the automation degree of the underground fully mechanized mining.
