摘要
随着我国60岁以上老年人口的比重不断增加,老龄化问题日益严重,老年群体利益诉求多元化,为老服务专项公益创投成为政府改革发展养老服务业的重要举措。在推动社区居家养老改革创新的实践中,政府主导模式成为了主要的发展路径。聚焦广州、杭州和武汉三地的为老服务公益创投实践,运用合作治理理论分析具体做法和经验,为我国其他城市推进养老服务业提供参考和借鉴。
With the increasing proportion of the elderly population over 60 years old in China,the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious,and the interests of the elderly are diversified.It is an important measure for the government to reform and develop the aged care service industry.In the practice of promoting community-based pension reform and innovation,the government-led model has become the main development path.Focusing on the practice of public service ventures in Guangzhou,Hangzhou and Wuhan,using the theory of cooperative governance to analyze specific practices and experiences,and provide reference for other cities in China to promote the aged care service industry.
