摘要
加强社会矛盾的预防和化解机制建设,正确处理人民内部矛盾,是我国新时期社会治理和社会建设的重要内容。作为人民内部的冲突,全面辩证地理解水库移民社会冲突有助于冲突的减生与化解。本研究从社会冲突的概念切入,以W市F村的SX水库自谋职业移民与政府的冲突为例,全面阐释水库移民社会冲突的双重功能,正功能包括促进移民社会健康发展,暴露移民问题、"安全阀"功能等;反功能则是造成资源浪费,破坏社会秩序,伤害移民社会心理、负面示范效应等。在水库移民的实践工作中,应区别对待水库移民社会冲突的双重功能。
From the perspective of social conflictconcept,taking social conflict between self-employed immigrants and government of SX reservoir inF village of W City t as an example,it expounds the dual functions of social conflicts in reservoir resettlement.The positive functions are:promoting resettlement society to develop in a healthy way,exposing and resolving resettlement questions,"safety valve".And its negative functions are:wasting resources,destroying social order,hurting immigrants′social psychology,negative demonstration-effect.In the practice of reservoir resettlement,the dual functions of social conflict should be treated differently.
