拔节期喷施矮壮素对小黑麦抗倒伏性及产量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 【目的】筛选适宜质量分数的矮壮素喷施小黑麦,增强小黑麦的抗倒伏性,提高种子产量.【方法】通过在小黑麦上喷施不同质量分数的矮壮素(0%:CK、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%),研究小黑麦抗倒伏相关指标和种子产量的变化.【结果】不同质量分数的矮壮素均使小黑麦株高降低,矮壮素质量分数越大,对株高的降低作用越大.矮壮素质量分数对小黑麦抗倒伏相关指标的影响较大,矮壮素质量分数为0.4%时,茎秆抗折力、充实度、可溶性总糖和钾含量,以及种子产量均显著高于CK,倒伏指数和茎秆的氮含量显著低于CK.在生育时期间,完熟期小黑麦茎秆充实度和氮含量高于乳熟期,钾含量则低于乳熟期.矮壮素质量分数与生育时期交互作用间,乳熟期和完熟期喷施0.4%的矮壮素氮含量和钾含量与CK有显著差异.0.4%矮壮素处理的下小黑麦种子产量显著高于CK.【结论】喷施0.4%的矮壮素效果最好,0.3%和0.2%次之,0.1%效果不显著,甚至有负作用.喷施矮壮素之后小黑麦的生育期延长7至10d,这也有利于种子产量的提高. 【Objective】In order to screen the optimum chlormequat chloride(CCC)treatment concentration,to enhance the lodging resistance and seed yield of Triticale.【Method】The effects of different concentrations of CCC(0%:CK,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%)on the lodging resistance index and seed yield were studied in this paper.【Result】CCC decreased the plant height of Triticale,the higher of concentration,the lower of plants.The chemical significantly affected the lodging resistance index of the plants.When the treatment concentration at 0.4%,the snapping resistance,internode density,content of total soluble sugar and K,and the seed yield of Triticale were significantly higher than that of CK,meanwhile,thelodging index and the N content in the stalk was significantly lower than that of CK.Within the growth period,the internode density and N content at maturing stage were higher than milking stage,and K content was opposite.For the interaction of CCC concentration and the growth period,contents of N and K of 0.4%CCC at the milk and maturing stage were significantly different from that of CK.Seed yield of 0.4%CCC treatment was significantly higher than that of CK.【Conclusion】0.4%CCC shows the best effects on Triticale,followed by 0.3%and 0.2%.0.1%CCC dose not have any positive effect on Triticale.Spraying with CCC prolongs the growth period of Triticale by 7 to 10 days,also increases seed yield.
