摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产终止妊娠中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月接诊的稽留流产终止妊娠患者130例作为本次研究对象。按照随机数表法,将所有患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,观察组患者采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行治疗,分析对比两组患者经过治疗后的临床疗效、妊娠效果及治疗后的不良反应。结果:观察组清宫手术时间明显短于对照组,阴道出血量明显少于对照组,清宫率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组完全流产率明显高于对照组,不完全流产率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组流产失败率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组发热、腹泻、恶心、呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于稽留流产终止妊娠疗效显著,药物的安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of pregnancy after missed abortion.Method:A total of 130 cases of missed abortion and termination pregnancy admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the random number table method,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Estradiol Valerate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Mifepristone and Misoprostol.The clinical effect,the effect of pregnancy and the adverse reaction after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time of uterine clearing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding was obviously less than that in the control group,and the uterine clearing rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complete abortion rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incomplete abortion rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the failure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant difference in the incidence of fever,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol is effective in the termination of pregnancy with missed abortion,and the safety of the drug is high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
